Liked: Our experience at The Residence Agnes was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed—especially Stefan. He greeted us with a smile, poured us a cold beer, carried all of our luggage to the room, and then sat down with us for 15–20 minutes to walk us through a map of Prague. He gave fantastic local recommendations—we tried all three restaurants he suggested, and they were excellent!The hotel is spotlessly clean, the breakfast is fresh and delicious with a great variety, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk to all the main sights, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and quiet.Truly outstanding service and hospitality—we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Prague!
Disliked: There’s nothing to complain about—unless you count having to leave this amazing place!

We were personally welcomed on day one, aquatinted with the city by the hostess Deni, greeted by name each morning at a delicious breakfast, and very well cared for every single day. We felt so special.

Liked: A full 10/10 for this hotel. I loved the vibe of this hotel. Most of the credit goes to the staff who proactively and kindly offered their help in every situation- clearly standing out from what you would normally expect. I really felt at home! I lenjoyed the historical stone floor in the reception hall with the high ceiling. I appreciated the super quality beddings and the quiet room. Slept really well. The hotel was close to eg I needed to go to. My warmest recommendation to hotel Agnes and greetings to the owner: you have chosen the right people for superb customer service!
