Liked: Honestly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in period. Hospitality was on another level and the staff were all incredible. Breakfast was on par with the hospitality and included anything you would ever want. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and if there is availability, book it. The location was stellar as well.

Liked: A really lovely small hotel with amazing staff.Absolutely nothing to dislike. We have stayed in countless hotels across Europe, America and Asia and I would rate this hotel highly.

Best weekend at the best...

Liked: We had two rooms on base floor, and short access to lobby area. Stay was nothing but perfect. Very attentive employees, always doing their outmost to make our stay perfect. Breakfast was a display in itself, with all and more than what we wanted. Pastries were just impressive. Recommending Residence Agnes 100%

An amazing customer experience

Liked: We have never had such an amazing customer experience for a very long time. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful including the owner giving us a lift to Prague Castle!The breakfast was fantastic and the rooms very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel and we’ll be back.

Extraordinary fiendly service

Liked: The team was so incredibly friendly and courteous. I have never experienced anything like this before. On arrival and after each day in the city, we were greeted in a friendly manner and offered a drink on the house to help us relax. The property is located perfectly for a stay in Prague. You can easily reach a lot of the important places of interest with a short walk and also public transport is only a few meters away.The driver was picking us up from the train station and giving us a ride to the castle. All these service included in the price!
Disliked: The breakfast was for us a little bit too much English style. We have been missing some more sweet things like loose honey or different kinds of marmalade not packed like in a supermarket. But this was the only thing. There was plenty of other nice things like self made quiche or different kind of cakes!

Incredible hospitality and service in...

Liked: This was by far the most hospitable experience I've had at a hotel. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a glass of wine/beer, and once settled, our very knowledgeable hostess had us sit down with her to plan our itinerary. Victoria's recommendations regarding tours, concerts, restaurants, etc., were so incredibly helpful! She then made reservations for all our events/dinners, and then provided us with a printed itinerary complete with tickets for our selected events. The hotel also made their drivers available to transport us around the city at no charge.In addition to the incredible hospitality, the breakfast was amazing with the best scrambled eggs ever in addition to omelets made to order, fresh fruit, bacon and sausage, and homemade baked goods that were made fresh every day.Oh and our beds were very comfy and the heating and air-conditioning worked perfectly. The location was also perfect, in that we were only a 5-minute walk from the Old City Square. I would never consider staying anywhere else in Prague - loved every minute of our stay! Thank you so much, Residence Agnes staff, for making our stay exceptional!
