Liked: The location of the hotel was great. The look and ambience was nice. The room itself was pretty good.
Disliked: I really did not like the fact that there were no staff on site. No one at all. While the digital keys to access the front door and my room worked ok I really did not like this. If I had known about this before I would probably have not chosen this hotel.

Good location, clean and comfortable

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: I’m still having adjustment challenges of going to a place with no “live” staff and working totally off my phone to open doors, etc. Everything did work well though. It just feels weird. Stairs were very steep and precarious.

Liked: There was no breakfast, it would be nice to have that as an option.
Disliked: It was a little challenge to dial with the doors codes using our phone.

Liked: Good location. walking distance to old Quebec city and a lot of restaurants around. Although have to call or text to them, staffs are friendly and nice.
Disliked: very steep and narrow stairs to get to top floor. The room itself also had a noticeable old wood building smell.

Best place to stay in...

Liked: Rooms were better than I expected. Service was very quick. Overall a very good experience.
