We enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Everything was great!!! Perfect location. Very good breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, and helpful staff. Oh, and did I mention wonderful location.
Disliked: I wish all hotels would hire more local people. It would be nice to get info from someone who lives in the area instead of having to look up info on the computer.

Liked: I came to Vienna to celebrate my birthday and this hotel was the perfect choice! I booked 2 nights but stayed 4 because I loved it so much.Deluxe rooms are amazing — high ceilings, stylish, quiet, with a beautiful view. Everything is nearby — parks, shops, and major spots like Cartier are within a 15-minute walk.On my birthday, they surprised me with a delicious Viennese cake. The room cosmetics smell great, breakfast has fresh microgreens and hot coffee served right away. The restaurant is also excellent — tasty food and good portions.One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Vienna. Highly recommend!

Great location, great breakfast, but...

Liked: Super central for walking in the first district with all sightseeing but also super convenient to use public transportation. Breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: Even if the style was supposed to be ”old hotel style”, hotel felt quite outdated. Also no feeling to the design, depressing portraits in the rooms. Could make it feel a bit cosier. Super hard beds. Strange that they have actual door keys still, which were larger than your purse so needed to drop it off in the reception each time. Could change the tag to something smaller and with more class if don’t want to change to cards.

Liked: Excellent location.Breakfast is tasty and the environment of the restaurant is comfortable. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The staff is helpful.
Disliked: The television in the room is rather small in size.
