Charming hotel in great location

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, we loved the choice of breakfast, my mum particularly liked the fresh honey. Dinner was amazing and we found the prices very good! Great location to access the centre of town - took us 15 minutes for a leisurely stroll to the Sisi Museum - but it's right next to an underground station for easy travel around Vienna.

Liked: I loved everything, the staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to meet all our needs and give us all the information we required to go out and about Vienna. The room was spacious and bright with a grest view.

Disliked: The wifi is too slow. The cleaner didn’t attend to our used tea cups. The bed was not comfortable, too stiff

Amazing staff, clean hotel and...

Liked: The staff were very kind, the hotel was clean and the location was very great. I sent a wish for a few things and they were kind to accommodate
Disliked: If I had to say one thing though, is that the bed were not a double size, but two beds put together. Also I wish there were hand sanitizer around the buffet area.. but these were. It unsolvable and it didn’t impact our experience which was that the hotel was great
