Shout out to Cleo at...

Liked: Its location and the decor.
Disliked: The roof top patio as wonderful as it was, could do with some umbrellas to provide shade. The elevator to the other wing was very noisy. Didn’t feel safe even though staff reassured it was.

Loved pretty much everything. Would...

Liked: Location. Stylish. Clean. Modern. Breakfast great. Staff really helpful and efficient.
Disliked: Cleaner’s room beside Room 601 meant quite a lot of noise in the morning when still in bed. Not the best location next to the most expensive rooms!
