A very comfortable hotel

Liked: We requested a ground floor room and that had been allocated to us. There a few steep steps from the pavement to reception. When the duty receptionist noticed our arrival he rushed to help with our luggage. When we checked out we were also helped back down to the pavement. The hotel is very convenient for access to trains and the tram system.

Liked: Good location, opposite the train station, easy to find and get to. Friendly and helpful reception. Clean and tidy room.

Liked: Very convenient location a stone's throw from the railway station. Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff and a relatively short walk to the city entre

Liked: A lovely hotel. We enjoyed our 2 day stay here and it's closeness to both the station and the city centre trams. The staff were very pleasant and in particular the gentleman who checked us in on arrival. His advice on places to eat and visit made our stay most enjoyable. The room was very clean.
Disliked: Perhaps sort out the shower head! Ours could only be used while hand held!
