Good

Liked: The front desk receptionist was very polite and courteous. There was no toothbrush in the room. We called the front desk to ask for it, and the customer service department delivered it quickly.
Disliked: The buffet breakfast for a four-star hotel has very few options. I went downstairs at 9:30 in the morning and there was basically no juice. The waiter had not changed.

Liked: Everything was good especially the location
Disliked: The house keeper didn't refill the bathroom with tissue box and coffee capsule in the room for the whole stay

An excellent hotel for seeing...

Liked: The location and convenience of this hotel, situated so near the Arc de Triomphe and accessible by just one Métro line from the Gare de Nord is a real plus. The free soft drink mini-bar, replenished daily and the garden courtyard for breakfast is an advantage. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: Our bedroom wasn't particularly big for the price we paid but the bathroom was excellent.

Liked: Near the Arche and Champs Elysees,Les Ternes Avenue with shops and cafes…
Disliked: A coffee machine in the room and iron
