Liked: The location was fantastic. The hotel was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. We even had a take out breakfast pack when we went on a tour
Disliked: Because it was right in the middle of town it was a bit noisy but once you closed windows it wasn’t bad.

Comfortable hotel at a great...

Liked: I had a single room and it was a lovely size. The room was cleaned daily. There was a fan left in the room as it was warm. The reception staff were very helpful. The room was cosy.
Disliked: Nothing

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was very accommodating, allowing us early check in. Excellent location, in the heart of the Jewish quarter. Good breakfast, would definitely return.

A fantastic hotel with great...

Liked: Everything. Nice rooms, excellent location, kind and service minded staff. All you can ask for in a hotel. It was very hot during our stay so an AC would have been the icing on an otherwise perfect cake. But we could open the windows and there was a fan so we managed just fine.
Disliked: Not that much the hotel itself but rather the lack of parking spots in the Jewish quarters. That is something to keep in mind when booking any hotel in that area.

Great base to explore from.

Liked: Location was brilliant for exploring Kraków, room we had was huge and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant good continental selection and plenty of it.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Great location in Old Town. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was really clean. Breakfast was great. Lift broke down a lot but that's the only thing
