Disliked: They decided to do renovation work on the floor we were on. No one told us this was going to happen when we checked in even though we know that it must gave been scheduled before we arrived

Liked: I cannot fault this hotel in any way. It is FABULOUS. Lovely, warm, friendly staff. Unbeatable location, in the middle of old Strasbourg. We had a gorgeous room, wheelchair accessible, with the lovely wheelchair accessible bathroom, the most important thing for me, as a wheelchair user. Now, it is in the area of the city that is paved with cobblestones, so it can be a bit rough on the wheelchair, but that's not the fault of the hotel. I've already recommended this to my two brothers, who will be travelling with their wives or families in due course. This place is GORGEOUS.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like. Top marks! And lovely staff.

Liked: The staff was great; always friendly and polite, and willing to help. The facilities of the hotel are very nice and the location can't be beaten! The SPA is a nice addition for a quick relaxing retreat.
Disliked: While the rooms were sparkling clean, comfortable, and generally in very good conditions, they're not 5-start hotel level. They feel very dated in all aspects: ammenities, furniture, decoration, fixtures and TVs.
