Good Stay with some downsides

Liked: The Room was very spacious, clean and serviced daily, with care. Location is quiet and walking distance to main landmarks.
Disliked: Room service was awful. First, they forgot my order and I had to wait other 40 mins, even if super hungry. Secondly, the food quality was very bad. "Fast food level" kind of burger, actually, worse than that, unfortunately. The other thing that I cannot accept is the paid parking. If I stay at the hotel, you cannot ask me to pay the parking, it should be included...

Disliked: Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. It started the moment we arrived — in a supposedly five-star hotel, no one offered to help us with our luggage. At the reception, the staff member we spoke to was completely unwelcoming and unfriendly. She chose not to respond to some of our questions and simply stared at us, making it clear that she had no interest in engaging in a conversation.We had booked two rooms, and during our three-day stay, one of them was never cleaned. Both rooms were cold, and the air conditioning didn’t work. Despite informing the staff, nothing was done to resolve the issue.We also visited the spa, where we were left waiting for over 15 minutes because there was no one at the reception. When someone finally showed up, we were told that there were no available massage appointments — not only for that day, but for the entire upcoming week. This lack of communication and poor organization only added to our frustration.The level of service we received was far below what one would expect from a hotel of this category. We will definitely not be returning, nor would we recommend this place to others.

Liked: Easter entertainment for the kids was great. The restaurants and lobby are really nice. The staff were helpful.
Disliked: Some aspects of th hotel and room could use a revamp. The lifts looked quite dirty. In the room (suite) the toilet was old and a bit broken, the kettle wasn’t nice- and these sorts of touches let the place down a bit.
