This was easily our worst...

Disliked: I’m not sure where to begin to describe how horrendous our stay was. Staff on the front desk were rude and incompetent. Housekeeping rarely came and when they did, it was a subpar job. One afternoon our king bed was remade with a single doona. We called the front desk (as there’s no number for housekeeping) to ask if they could replace it with a king. Two hours later when we phoned down again, they said there were none in the hotel and someone forgot to call us back. We had 4 incorrect charges added to our bill that we had to contest at checkout. The 2 bedroom hotel room only had cutlery and glassware for 2 people and despite repeated requests for extra settings, they never came so we eventually gave up on this. The furniture in the living and dining space resembled something you’d put out for council collection. It was a horrible stay and could not be further from a 5 star experience. Absolutely appalling!
