Nice hotel with very helpful...

Liked: Lovely staff, both on reception and in the bar, fabulous selection of Austrian wine, nice big room, good location for the Museum quarter
Disliked: for our room the street lighting was close to the window and not ideal when sleeping, breakfast was 25 Euros so we didn't try it.

Life was made very easy.

Liked: Courteous, helpful and hardworking staff with excellent English. Very wide choice of food and drink at breakfast. Spacious shower. Fun wine theme. Free glass of wine if room not cleaned was a nice touch. Easy walking distance of Inner City sites. Quiet, convenient location.
Disliked: We were entirely satisfied.

Nice hotel close to all...

Liked: The hotel is situated in an older building with high ceilings and narrow, winding staircase, but is equipped with a small elevator. The bed was comfy and the room had all needed amenities. The check out time is 12 which is great as you can utilize your morning to the fullest before leaving the hotel. All members of staff were kind and helpful.
Disliked: The shower door was loose on the hinges, so I couldn't close it all the way which caused water to leak outside the shower. Breakfast selection is somewhat small, with not too many options.

Exceptional

Liked: Well thought out hotel room structure and great facilities.Fantastic breakfast!

Look no further if you...

Liked: Rather well located with nicely designed rooms and great wine selection (and even greater story telling sommelier).
Disliked: The exterior facade isn't the most engaging.
