Reasonably priced and easy commute...

Liked: Nice breakfast. Easy commute to downtown. Nice views.
Disliked: Room was very small (although we were warned it was only suitable for a short stay)

Liked: Location very close to bus stop.
Disliked: When I told them if it's possible to keep the luggage in a luggage deposit they told us that they can keep it for only a couple of hours not for long. Thus we opted to leave luggage at train station as receptionist suggested. But on the whole the receptionist was very helpful. And all the other staff.

Liked: Comfortable, clean , beautiful decor. Close to the centre
Disliked: Breakfast not included and too expensive if you had to add it as extra.

Be careful with this hotel...

Liked: We had a terrible experience with this hotel.The fotos from booking had nothing to do with what we were presented with. The room was facing the street, with a lot of noise since the room did not have double glaze windows. I did not have any presence light in the bedside table as it was broken and the door of the room didn’t close. The walls were all cracked. The staff did not allow us to change to a better room and refused to do a refund. The staff was super arrogant and not collaborative at all given the unpleasant situation

Nice but overpriced

Liked: Nice little hotel outside Bolzano with good parking and nice rooms.
Disliked: This is a nice enough hotel but way overpriced for what you get. For example, meagre breakfast options with no hot food, no shower gel or hand soap. Not even a bottle of water in the room. Nowhere near as good as our last visit.
