Disliked: Breakfast was a very bad experience : no fruit juice, no fruits, no eggs, no croissant,…. We ate Only butter and bread with tea/coffee.

Disliked: - The room wasn’t ready by the check in time, we had to wait for two hours. - Me and my second guest were arriving separately. Despite I communicated with the hotel in advance and provided required details, they still called me to check-in the second guest without me, so we were lucky I had mobile network signal at this time.- Never managed to have wi-fi in the room. The staff gave me passwords from 3 different networks, but it worked only at the reception.- There was repeating noise all the time, I guess from elevator or boiler. - For some reason the music from hotel restaurant was playing until 3am during Saturday night.

An excellent hotel and location.if...

Liked: I had a disabled room and it was perfect. There was plenty of room to move around. The bathroom was the best I’ve ever stayed it. It was very large with a fold down seat and a shower curtain that actually reaches the floor to stop the rest of the bathroom getting wet. It’s only 2 bus rides away from the Eiffel Tower. I loved that it was near to Paris and there was a disabled space for me to park in was crucial.Considering there was a busy road outside my window it didn’t wake me in the night. The reception staff went above and beyond to help me. Even spending ages searching for wheelchair taxis when my company let me down. They always said you are welcome when I thanked them. They had a joyful domineer and you could tell that they loved the job.
Disliked: The only thing was that the disabled room is next to the lift and the other people staying there were noisy when they came in what ever time it was.

Overall, a very good stay.

Liked: We had a very pleasant stay at 5his hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The hotel is on the outskirts of Paris so meant it was quiet.
Disliked: A bit of a walk to the metro to get into the city centre.

Nice hotel in the heart...
