Disliked: I booked the room but once I arrived there they told me that was not available anymore, they assigned to somebody else…really bad ethical behavior

Liked: Location is EXCELLENT! Right in the middle of everything. Rooms are actually very nice and super clean. Air conditioning was awesome! Loved having a window. A lot of hotels in TJ don't have windows. So weird! Great wifi and the TV had a million channels including premium (HBO, etc.)
Disliked: No elevator and I had to carry my GIANT bags up three flights of stairs. It's so odd that the male reception desk employee didn't offer to carry my bags. I would have paid him a very nice tip, but he completely indifferent. He saw that I had 4 bags, and just sat there as I went up and down the stairs. I've stayed at other hotels in TJ that have an elevator AND a man to help you with your bags. But still, this is a good hotel and a great value especially if you are traveling light and want to be in all the action!
