Disappointing

Liked: Great location, friendly staff.
Disliked: Old installations, humid atmosphere, bad smells (tobacco, humidity). Overall bad value for money.

Liked: Excellent Location. Facility style. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: Staff were friendly. However, there was communication barrier with no English. Facility cleaniness is questionable at best.WIFI was very low speedBreakfast was good. but lacked variety.Price is very high to the service.

Liked: hotel is in the downtow, there are shopping mall next road
Disliked: front desk service is bad, spent 45min for checking, it seem the person os not been train properly.....
