Good hotel, nice ambiance, nice...

Liked: The swimingpool was nice and the commun area. The ambiance is great. I definitively will recommand the hotel.
Disliked: The staff was not nice. They were not rude but the service was not super friendly. I also pay extra for my son even do he slept in a queen bed with us.

Liked: Pool was great for the kids and the music by the pool was good
Disliked: When we arrived, the room was freezing, which took us forever to get the thermostat to change to get the room warmer. we had a 3 year old. Called the desk to get some to check and showed up about 45 minutes later. By that time, we had managed to get it working. The thermostat was set at 19 when we arrived in February and it was a basement room. So we even had to keep our jackets on

Liked: The tropical concept was great and adapted for families, the pool/sauna area was fun, the free and accessible parking was convenient, the restaurant within the hotel was very decent with friendly service !
