Superb

Liked: Very good location in the Quartier Latin in Montreal, close to public transport and easy to get to the city center :)Comfortable and clean roomNice to stay for several nights
Disliked: The temperature of the AC could not be adjusted by ourselves but still the room was nicely temperatured.

Good location; Ok accomodations for...

Liked: I found the towels to be threadbare and the toilet paper to be incredibly thin. It was supposed to be nonsmoking but there was a huge burn hole in the bedspread on my bed. The owners did not turn the heat up in the bath--it was scalding in the sink. I asked for the owner to turn the heat up in the bath--he asked my room #, then asked if I had turned the water fully on, waited over an hour to come to my room and low and behold, I had hot water in the tub!!!. The location was convenient to the bus station and to many hotels and within a short walk of the historic area.
Disliked: Towels, TP, evidence of smoking, cheapness re providing hot water in the bath

Definitely a 2 star hotel,...

Liked: Very good location. Right next to metro stop and close to the city. Loved the window that our granddaughter could sit in. Loved having coffee, water and juice available all the time.
Disliked: It’s an active street which is both good and bad.
