Liked: Only location!
Disliked: Needs renovations! No AC, bedsheets were filthy not cleaned, Rooms looks big in photos but in real it looks suffocated! The staffs are supportive but this place needs renovations!

Freezing cold central AC is...

Liked: It is ideally placed. It was relatively clean and they changed sheets and towels every 2 days
Disliked: The central AC is on full blast 24/7 even if it is 20C outside. The noisy vent is unclosable and delivers a freezing cold air flow on your face. There is nothing you can do and the staff is not helping. You don't want to come back to your room because of this.

Liked: Very good location in the Quartier Latin in Montreal, close to public transport and easy to get to the city center :)Comfortable and clean roomNice to stay for several nights
Disliked: The temperature of the AC could not be adjusted by ourselves but still the room was nicely temperatured.

Liked: I found the towels to be threadbare and the toilet paper to be incredibly thin. It was supposed to be nonsmoking but there was a huge burn hole in the bedspread on my bed. The owners did not turn the heat up in the bath--it was scalding in the sink. I asked for the owner to turn the heat up in the bath--he asked my room #, then asked if I had turned the water fully on, waited over an hour to come to my room and low and behold, I had hot water in the tub!!!. The location was convenient to the bus station and to many hotels and within a short walk of the historic area.
Disliked: Towels, TP, evidence of smoking, cheapness re providing hot water in the bath
