Disliked: We are extremely disappointed with our recent experience at this hotel. We had received written confirmation that our two bookings would be merged so we could stay in the same room for the entire duration of our visit. When we checked in, we confirmed this again and were reassured it wouldn’t be a problem.However, after leaving for the day, we returned to find that all our personal belongings had been removed from our room and placed in the reception area—without any notice, call, or explanation. This was not only distressing but also a serious invasion of our privacy.The hotel failed to communicate or respect the agreement they made with us. We expected professionalism and accountability, but instead we were met with carelessness and disregard. This experience has left us very upset, and we hope the management takes responsibility for this unacceptable behavior.

Liked: Smells like weed and urime. Room was suppose to be Non smoking, but was heavy smoking room. Staff never picks up the phone.
