Liked: The property was great! Breakfast buffet food was really good (ask for Raul- he was great!). Location was good- we could walk to a ton of restaurants, Zocalo, Bellas Artes, Museums. Very convenient!
Disliked: The only reason I didn’t give this property a 10 was that we booked a room with a jacuzzi. The jets went out of control and started squirting dirty water everywhere. After that we were scared to use the tub again. Note to self: just book a regular room

Liked: The room was very nice, and staff at the reception was helpful for sure.
Disliked: The breakfast, which was included, was just ok, with not always all choices being available. The noise from the breakfast room indeed travels through the whole hotel. They tried to charge me for the first breakfast, although it was included, and the price given for the Airport Shuttle was not what the driver had me to pay in the end..
