Disliked: The staff and customers service were rude. Unprofessional with my request. I don't recommend this place at all. So disappointed also that they kept my money and lied to me.

Liked: Great location. There was some confusion about the breakfast whether eggs were included or not. We were told the first day eggs were not included and we were supposed to only have what was at the buffet which was okay for the most part although we think the dished should be labelled. Towards the end of our stay we were told we could order eggs. Raul who waited on our table towards the end of our stay was excellent.
Disliked: The room was very small without a window. The hangars in the cupboard were very high, they should be brought lower like in other hotels we have stayed at. There should be more lights in the room especially near the cupboard and large mirror.

Liked: The location was great. We walked everywhere. The staff was attentive and always met our needs
Disliked: Previously, we had stayed and had the chance to log on to Netflix. This time it was local tv. I wish we could stream as an option in all rooms

Disliked: The bedroom without windows, too noisy (maybe it is not related to the air conditioning but not other people).Suggestion: minifridge in the bedroom :)

Better than expected

Liked: The location is perfect, the hotel looks brand new and absolutely everything is in perfect condition. Water pressure is great. The restaurant and the coffee shop downstairs are super nice and the staff is very polite and helpful.
Disliked: The lighting is not that good but other than that everything great.

Exceptional

Modern hotel, walkable distance to...

Liked: Excelente location, walking distance to main attractions and restaurants in the city center.
Disliked: We took Uber a couple of times to get to touristic destinations outside the city center and the traffic was was very slow.
