Liked: The staff was really helpful. They help me with a luggage issue with Air France and responded to all my questions before arriving.Location + Room + Early check-in
Disliked: It was a good experience , the only thing that I didn't like is the shower floor was not strong

Liked: Location, valet service for the car. Real 4 stars
Disliked: One of the rooms was not ready by check in time. Had to wait for approx. 1 hour more until we got the keys. I didn’t like the window from the room to the bathroom. I didnt feel comfortable that my kids could see me taking a shower. I was told by the reception on Saturday afternoon (around 4 pm) that I could not get the breakfast on Sunday as the brunch ( the only option) was fully booked. Not sure if it is a good example of customer service.
