The beds were not comfortable...

Liked: The property is in a good location, but the entrance to the hotels car park is confusing due to the busy road layout around the area
Disliked: The property is showing signs of wear and us in need of an major update

I was disappointed not to...

Liked: The man at reception was amazing. He told us how to get around Bilbao and see all the sights.he went over and above,which was a great end to my vacation.
Disliked: I don't like false advertising 😒. The hotel advertised a swimming pool, and that was part of the reason we booked this hotel only to find that it wasn't open until June.
