Liked: To be honest that was one of the best stay that we had in a while. Amazing hotel, great staff, the rooms were very clean.The location was great as well. Since it is 5 minutes from metro. And to be honest the area is so calm and it is a much better so much better than the crowded central area.We definitely will book it again when we will come back to Madrid.The breakfast was also very nice with a lot of food varieties.

Disliked: They asked me to pay 756,78 EUR when we arrived (they said there is some deposit more than 100 EUR what I will get back) When we have left the final invoice was 576,78 EUR. Difference is 180 EUR!!!!!!!! For nothing!!!!!! I will never use booking.com for the future to make any booking.

Liked: The room was unique and futuristic—each floor had its own theme and design, making it an interesting experience. Breakfast was good, and overall, the value for money was fair.
Disliked: The location is far from the city’s main attractions, so you’ll need to rely on Uber or public transport. Room service was very limited in options. While the concept is fun, I wouldn’t recommend staying more than a night or two.

Very nice stay with location...

Liked: Room was nice and interesting. We also chose the hotel because of the "architectural" qualities it has. All the floors designed by different architects.Staff in bar were very nice and friendly on arrival.
Disliked: Only a bottle of water on arrival and no further water in room. No in room facilities so not easy to get a coffee for breakfast. Did eventually get one in breakfast area but cost €5

Good hotel outside city center

Liked: The design is so special, location close to metro station, we enjoyed the breakfast
Disliked: Lack of amenities, minor maintenance issues
