Safe, clean, quiet hotel

Liked: Clean, location is good for where I need to be
Disliked: I prepaid for 19 nights through booking.com at end of first week of being there I was relocated for work I went to front desk changed my check out date to June 8 was told that a manager would take care of refunding me for 5 days. When I checked out on the 8th there was no refund, due to being booked through booking.com. Their customer service said the refund would need to be approved from hotel management, which they have been unsuccessful to reach via phone.
