Superb

Liked: It was very cozy with different little courtyards and a nice pool. The location was perfect in the french quarter.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, perfect location.

Liked: It was very clean and the hotel is beautiful. The staff was kind and there was good coffee on the house every morning. It’s located in the heart of the French quarter so couldn’t be better!
Disliked: The only negative about our stay was a safety concern - it was very easy to access the rooms from the street. The garage was essentially a big gate which was always open and there wasn’t a hotel staff there at all times, so anyone could easily walk in any of the buildings and access the rooms without anyone seeing it. Also the garage doesn’t close at night.

Best location off Bourbon St....

Liked: Best option for safe, worry free parking while you’re in the French Quarter. Location doesn’t get any better. French Market across the street. Valet was amazing & helpful allowing us to keep the car there while we played in the French Quarter after checkout. Front desk lady was super sweet! We’ve stayed here twice & haven’t stayed at a better location. Not on Bourbon St but close enough.
Disliked: Room views sucked this stay. Housekeeping opened my kids’ room door in the morning (son was still sleeping) & left it just all the way open y’all!!! I found it wide open & him sound asleep with all their luggage & everything just sitting there. No clue how long it was like this as we were out getting coffee & breakfast so could’ve been an hour! Not cool. No business entering our rooms 3-4 hours before checkout time!
