Charming, great location and staff

Liked: Hotel Provincial is an absolutely charming property, with an excellent location. The staff is exceptional. It has a lovely courtyard to relax in, a pool, and a very nice Happy Hour in the bar. I highly recommend .
Disliked: Nothing. Perfect stay

Liked: The location was great, fairly close to Frenchman St and close to anything else you want to do at the quarter, but still far enough from the action to be reasonably queit. The staff were friendly and inviting. The courtyard was really pretty, and the rooms were comfortable. The bartender made great cocktails.
Disliked: There was no caffeinated tea option during the complementary tea/coffee - not at all a complaint but just the only thing I can think of. (And honestly, if I mentioned it, I think the staff would have tried to find me some)

Really lovely quaint french style...

Liked: The hotel is picturesque and really in keeping with the French Quart Style. It is really clean and has a lovely atmosphere.Molly the receptionist and the concierge on duty in the evening were amazing and really friendly.
Disliked: The concierge in the morning was rude, arrogant and unhelpful.

Liked: Location and most of the staff was very nice
Disliked: I had an issue with something that i left in my room. The housekeeper found it but front desk told me they didnt… so a bittersweet feeling after a very nice stay

Liked: gorgeous umptious decor throughout communcal spaces and rooms, gorgeous independant breakfast restaurant accessed from back of hotel. right in french sector, easy walking to everything, staff funny, happy, helpful. loved it

Liked: Excellent location! Very quiet especially for being in the middle of the French Quarter! Beautifully large, spacious rooms and bathrooms! Completely friendly staff, and very clean and safe
