very good would go back
Liked: Clean and comfortable with great, friendly staff. Good proximity to the convention Center, The Dunk , and restaurants. Expensive parking and price for room on the higher side, probably due to local activity. Restaurant missing a chef Saturday morning, so slow but wait staff was great

Liked: Central location and walking distance to everything. Extremely clean and maintained fir an older building.
Disliked: Valet parking cost of $30.00 at actual property on top of room cost. Not disclosed properly Two bottles of water (Aquafina) handed at check in and nothing else explained. Thought complimentary like many other hotels I?ve stayed at. Was charged $20.00 at check out for room amenities. Asked for explanation and was told for: Coffee in lobby Snacks Bottled water Was not informed about any of it. Hate surprise extras and heard other guests agreeing to $50.00-$100.00 differences in less cost of exact room I booked while waiting for room.

If you want a classic...
Liked: The hotel itself was nice, but being from out of town and unaware, realized we?d made a huge mistake - this wasn?t Provincetown, MA (Cape Cod). Alexa (Alexis?)! at the front desk was SO nice - she understood the mix up and canceled our reservation right away. So nice! For that great service, we highly recommend this hotel!
Disliked: Our mistake. Wrong location.

Liked: location and comfortable beds
Disliked: hidden costs - parking for a car I don't have because I came by plane and $ 20 a day for tea and biscuits placed in some part of the hallway that I never even ate
