Hotel Prokop Square

Exceptional

Liked: Great atmosphere. Cleanliness was well maintained throughout the entire hotel. Rooms were exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast buffet had options for all likings. Location was ideal, there is a bus down the road that can get you to the city centre as well as a tram in 10min walking distance. Would definitely recommend and would love to be back again in the future.

Liked: The staff was really nice and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable.The only 'bad' thing I could possible say, is that our shower head had to be held in the hand while showering because we couldn't tilt the fixture on the wall. However, that is a very minor thing and we would absolutely come here again!

Liked: location is alright, not in the dead city centre but 10 mins by public transport easily get you there
Disliked: not many selections for breakfast. when they sent the sms for pre-check in, it was in CZ, hello? Thou i have a Czech number but not necessarily mean i speak Czech? Would be more thoughtful to just add EN version as well.

Liked: Great location to access trams into city area & had everything + we needed. Superb breakfast, lovely & helpful staff. Very clean & comfortable
Disliked: I feel that booked guests need to be informed of renovations going on to make an informed choice as our room was gloomy with plastic wrap from our window.
