Fantastic hotel with amazing staff.

Liked: The Staff were exceptionally nice
Disliked: If there was one thing i could fault was the gluten free options for breakfast. While they had a Gluten free corner, there was no other items gluten friendly. No cooked breakfast for gluten intolerance people.

Disliked: I should have booked us in the hotel vs the residences, for the price.

Luxurious 5* stay at Dukes...

Liked: Hotel was just fabulous. Received free upgrade to suite on arrival. Really made our stay special as was booked as a surprise for my sons 20th birthday. Staff were all extremely helpful nothing too much bother. Bed was really comfy could have stayed in it
Disliked: Absolutely nothing. Couldn't fault this hotel.5* at its best.

Liked: Beautiful, spacious room, and a fantastic location. Not the cheapest place to stay in Brugge but as is often the case ‘you get what you pay for’
Disliked: On the night we stayed the hotel had a large group of football fans staying and the noise these guests made when they returned that night was excessive, whilst this issue not necessarily the hotels fault we would have appreciated a little more empathy from the staff when we told them about it in the morning,

Liked: Room was lovely, just as expected. Cosy , spacious and cleanBreakfast was great, a large selection of foods and friendly staffLocation is by far the best pro of this hotel, so close to the shops and the main square and particularly good for the fireworks square on new years eve.
