Liked: The hotel is about 4 blocks from the Zocalo - guess I wasn't paying attention when I booked but I thought it was closer, The walk from the hotel to the Zocalo is probably fine - certainly during the day w/businesses are open; felt a bit sketchy in the evening, homeless sleeping in boxes. The museums are not very close to the hotel. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was abundant & delightful - seemingly cooked to order. Served on the really nice terrace. The room was sparse but adequate. No ambiance but good bed, sheets, etc.
Disliked: Sparse rooms & distance to Zocalo & museums - wish they're been closer.

Liked: Loved staying here. Such a clean and cozy space to stay in. Very beautiful. El Zocalo is around a 8 min walk. The metro station is nearby there as well. The airport was convenient too. All the staff are friendly and are available to accommodate your stay. Breakfast was included, everything was delicious. Will stay again if around. Also they have a seating area in the lobby with charging stations which I loved. Also they are able to hold your things before and after check out at no cost.

Great location and price but...

Liked: I think a lot of people would be pleased with the price and location, but don’t pay in advance — make sure you are okay with your room first. Our rooms were tiny and had no windows — they kind of felt like jail cells. We actually didn’t even stay — we went to another hotel because my wife would not sleep there and we lost our entire 3-day prepayment
