Very disappointed and would not...

Liked: Location was great, parking was free at the back of the hotel
Disliked: Very outdated. Bed was terrible and the room was shabby. No Wi-Fi in the room

Exceptional

Liked: Comfortable beds,lots of milk and coffees,
Disliked: Bathroom not cleaned,shower left with soap marks, radiator very dusty,carpet not hovered, rubish on the floor.

Great location but don't expect...

Liked: The guys at reception overnight was v helpful. Needed help with something and he went above and beyond to help.
Disliked: The lady with glasses at reception (can't remember the name), wasn't v nice. We had greed check in before hand at 11am instead of 10. She wasn't v happy about it and said she'll be telling them off! The room was dated! Very dirty, no toiletries and very hot. There was a small fan available which didn't help!

Worst ever stay in a...

Liked: Great location and nice reception staff.
Disliked: Awful facilities, everything filthy in the building! Bathroom was cleaned nicely though and bed linen was clean, too. (The only two positive points I can mention.) Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Not sure the room we got was meant to be a guest room. A horrible basement room, cobwebs everywhere, curtain off the railing, net curtain torn, bathroom door hardly would open, toilet with grinder pump extremely loud. Very bad damp smell in basement area and lots of storage around the room. It looked like this was a staff room and storage space rather than a guest room that we paid a fair amount for. It was also right next to the pool-room so no chance for much sleep. Altogether a joke, never stayed in such a horrible place.

Bad

Liked: The rooms was very dirty we turned the fan on and more dust blown out than air loved it lol.
Disliked: Everything was just so bad not clean dirty place . As a booking .com person you are treated differently to the other people set time for breakfast and only breakfast nothing else the floor looked like the brushed off the tables not wiped or cleaned. 2nd day we had breakfast out as nothing in place!!!The fan in the room was blowing the dust round the room . Shower very dirty dont stay in room 223. Its like faulty towers lol

Pleasant

Liked: Close to the beach with a view.
Disliked: A bit outdated, but still okay.

Dreadful and ruined the holiday...

Liked: It was on the sea front!
Disliked: Very outdated and poor facilities and ran down, light in bed was just hanging by a wire and Also wallpaper hanging off not to mention the dusty bed and dirty stained carpet coming on to the staff would hardly talk and just glared at you as you walked past! No welcome pack telling what time breakfast was ( they might as well not bothered there full breakfast wasn’t even the size of a children’s breakfast they wouldn’t even serve that in prison! Judging by the time it took to come out you would of thought it was fresh but toast was cold and bacon was more rubbery that my car wheels!) the whole building smelt like a old people’s home and was very dirty! Quite frankly i wouldn’t stay here again even if I was paid to!
