A quiet and clean small...

Liked: A quiet and clean small hotel at a great location. Friendly staff and breakfast included.

Good location and service.

Liked: The beds were comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located within a block of Gare de Lyon in a neighborhood with plenty of cafes and boulangeries. It’s a 15 min walk to Notre Dame.
Disliked: The elevator is extremely small and towels were limited.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel is well connected to the city center with nearby metro and bus stops, which made getting around easy.
Disliked: The only small downside was that the street outside can be a bit noisy at times, but overall it didn’t affect the quality of my stay.

Liked: The location is convenient if travel on public transport.
Disliked: One of the two rooms we booked has really bad smell came through somewhere on the second day. It is hard to describe the smell but something like burning plastic smell. Reported to the receptionist but no resolution was provided. We were advised as we didn’t require room cleaning service, cleaning staff didn’t notice the issue and no other guests reported similar issue. Eventually, we lodged a formal complaint to the hotel manager through the receptionist on duty at checkout. We subsequently received an email from the hotel with an apology for our experience and an offer of 10% off if we stay with them again next time and book through their own website. We have declined the offer. Having said the above, the hotel is conveniently located right behind Gare de Lyon. There is a great bakery just around the corner.
