Nice place for acceptable price

Liked: Everything was fine, it was last time booking, I was happy that I found this place. 15 minutes walking to the city center, easy check-in and check-out, access to the room with a card.Kind mens on reception.The room was comfortable, warm. I saw the air conditioner, but it's winter, so I didn't use it. TV was also in the room.The place was clean, laundry as well. 4 towels in the room for me, shower gel, and soap.
Disliked: The hair dryer in the room was broken, but I didn't ask to change it because I had my own.

Dirty room, broken elements

Disliked: No lift to upper floors. Leaking, dirty roof window with broken blind. Broken PVC panels at the headboard of the bed. Bathroom handle falling off with a dead bolt. Broken floorboard. Previously, the receptionist refused to give the name of his superior or to comply with a request for a phone call from the hotel manager.
