Reception closed, yet still charged

Disliked: Reception not open within hours specified. Multiple attempts to ring doorbell and call reception via phone and message. Was called 45 minute after giving up and looking for alternative accommodation. Unable to access room yet still charged full fee.

Great place

Liked: Cosy and quiet even though situated near a very busy, lively spot. Really comfortable beds and a spacious shower room. The receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful and shared some local information. We enjoyed our breakfast. Would have liked to stay more than just one night!
