Pathetic

Liked: It was a very small room and was not spacious enough to move even in room. And bathroom was having drainage problem, which was not fixed even on lodging complain.
Disliked: Room area and bathroom were too small and basin was having a pathetic drainage issue.

Wonderful stay with perfect comfort...

Liked: Exceptionally comfortable, with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Bring your car so you can explore the nearby towns and ski resorts. Our host, Guy, was friendly, informative, and welcoming. This is a hidden gem in Switzerland.

Liked: We reserved only 1 room . They charged 2 rooms for us. No one takes responsibility. We booked a triple room on Booking.com, but they showed us a reservation on Agoda.com. We haven't even seen Agoda. This is very strange. We expect a refund for the room that was mistakenly booked for us. We only received a confirmation of the reservation and used one room.
