Liked: Friendly staff. Near to tram station for your trip to the centre of Strasbourg. Room was good.
Disliked: Small bathroom. Not very long beds.

Liked: Staff is friendly
Disliked: There was rat poison everywhere around the building, trash is everywhere outside. It's a 2 floor building, people were smoking and throwing cigarettes straight onto the ground, no one was picking it up. The rooms are so small, that you get claustraphobia being there. Bathroom not cleaned, you can't go shower there without flip flops. The neighbourhood is also very much at the outskirts of Strasbourg, certainly not the safest one.

Questionable stay, likely wouldn’t stay...

Liked: Car parking was very convenient and free. Reception staff spoke English.Close to local eateries.On the outskirts of Stratsburg. If we weren’t driving we don’t think it would have been accessible for us.
Disliked: Reception staff seemed very overworked, large queues at check-in despite checking in late. Black mould in bathroom.Cleaner knocking on door and shutters over an hour before check-out which we are not used to in England. Front of building was inaccessible when cleaning so we had to walk around the back, this is only inconvenient but was difficult to not take the most direct route when we had large heavy bags. Air conditioning consisted of one small fan in the corner of the room which was very dusty. Shower was small. I am 5’2 and petite and struggled to move my arms to be able to wash my hair in the shower. Bunk beds in room (double on bottom, single on top) made it very difficult to sit up. Single bunk bed on top inaccessible if you are not a child as entrance to it is very small. Through door to next room made us feel slightly uncomfortable as well as other guests in the building sat with their room doors open, in their underwear watching pornography on the television very loudly.
