An excellent hotel.

Liked: Our bags sent through bag transport did not arrive. They made many phone calls and found them for us. We were very grateful for their service.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was excellent.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable and the location was very good. Breakfast was adequate but basic.
Disliked: I was placed in one of the three basement rooms. I could hear literally everything that was happening in the two adjacent rooms, and as a result I had very disturbed sleep for 3 nights. This was disappointing as I was looking forward to a good rest after walking for a month on the camino.

Clean but costly.

Liked: Bed was comfortable and shower was good.
Disliked: Price seemed excessive for the facility. Staff was adequate but seemed disorganized at check-in. One staff member appeared to be hiding as to avoid customer contact.

Great service!

Liked: The facilities are beautiful and very conveniently located. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I left my phone in a taxi on my way to the airport. When I called the hotel, they located the driver and sent him back to the airport right away. I even had time to spare in the airport with my phone again.
