Liked: The staff was incredibly kind, specially Mr. Ingo Wölk in reception, I made a request for a small present in the room for my boyfriend’s birthday and instead he gave us an upgrade to the suite, I really didn’t expect such a thing. That made our staying even more enjoyable.
