Liked: loved the restaurant and the location of the hotel, and the fact that the staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean bed comfortable and bathroom adequate.

Liked: It's clean .and free in bus .It's 10 minutes from the center.
Disliked: We didn't got water in the hotel. We need to get a taxi in the morning and the hotel couldn't help us because there isn't stuff in the morning to call taxi.

Helpfull

Liked: My friend had had an accident in the mountains and the hospital of Bolzano would not let us stay (it was the last day of our vacation). We were very welcome in the hotel and the personel was very friendly to help us out.
