Liked: The location is perfect, with Vasaplatsen tram/bus station just a stone's throw away. Breakfast is good, offering a wide variety. However, it would be even better if the breakfast spread changed every two days. The room is bright and clean.
Disliked: The only bad experience I had was that the aircon unit was leaking & I could hear the water droplets dripping the entire night.

Liked: Really friendly staff, they helps us to find new places in town.All was working perfectly, and is quiet to sleep well.Very good location, you can go walking everywhere?

We enjoyed our first trip...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent lots of variety and constantly topped up. All staff were very pleasant. The reception staff were also very helpful and knowledgeable especially Matilda and Simon. Having tea & coffee to help yourself to in reception was good as the facilities were not available in the room.
Disliked: The room was a standard room, very clean & tidy but I felt a little small as we were there for 5nights. There was also alack of coat hangers but this was soon rectified by reception staff.

Just as good as expected

Liked: Easy to reach location, even if your phone is dead (enough "way points" from Göteborg Central to easily find it from there too); good price for the quality provided; super friendly and helpful staff; very comfortable beds.
Disliked: Loud street nearby, also because of the construction site they had; you can't open the windows properly to let in fresh air, I had to jam my book between the two windows to keep them open enough to let any air in at all (see image)

Liked: The breakfast was great and rich. Staff were friendly adn helpful. I do not speak Swedish but I did not have any problem with the staff about communication :) The location was also really great and close to lots of places.
Disliked: Everything was close to perfect so nothing :)
