Great price, centrally located and...

Liked: The Staff was amazing! They helped with everything and were super kind while helping. ¡Muchísimas gracias al personal por ser tan increíbles! The location was pretty awesome. As well as the building - it has an old world Puebla Centro Historico charm.
Disliked: Since I had a balcony, the lights on the avenue didn't let the room get very dark at night, while sleeping. And the pillows were very hard.

Very good

Liked: Nice, clean room and great staff. Things I recommend could be improved: - sound proofing of rooms facing the road- send parking customers directly to the parking, not via the hotel on the busy street
