We had a lovely time...

Liked: The property was in a central location, walking distance to the city centre. It was clean, staff were very friendly and brilliant in general! Our room was huge, comfortable, super clean and had a little balcony to look out into the street.
Disliked: It was lovely! Nothing to complain about.

Beautiful hotel

Liked: Two pools, rooftop bar, lovely staff, beautiful hotel
Disliked: Overzealous cleaning staff who consistently, and unnecessarily, moved our belongings. Minor thing.. the room needed an electrical socket near the mirror.

Luxury stay in the heart...

Liked: Great location was able to walk everywhere. Beautiful furnishings, loved the saddle and bridles and the dark features against the white decor
Disliked: The pool area was functional but very hot and whilst there is access to a second roof top pool if you require a drink then only one attendant has to make his way between buildings to take an order and then deliver it. Seemed like a lot of effort for one staff member

Outstanding Experience

Liked: The hotel has been renovated and is very modern while maintaining its charm. The hotel is spotless and located in a central area in Sevilla. The service was nothing short of outstanding. Every staff member, including Justo, Christina, Pablo, and, especially, Pedro could not do enough to make our stay most enjoyable. When we return to Sevilla, we will definitely stay at this beautiful hotel.
Disliked: Nothing.
