Liked: I booked the hotel for 3 nights. Room was spacious. The internet was not good. Even a whatsapp call was disconnecting. Room did not have an electric socket. I am posting a bad rating for a reason. is yet to refund me my money. I paid for 3 nights and because of the issues I told them I want to check out after 1 night. They confirmed I will be refunded MXN 2149. Again, in the next morning when I checked out, they confirmed I will get my money back to the credir card. It has been 3 weeks but no refund. I contacted the hotel a few times and I did not get a response yet about the refund. I contacted booking.com too.

Disliked: The room was dark, the light bulbs were very weak and not enough of lights, there were no bed side lamps either. The “white” sheets and towels are grey. You have to wait a long long time for water to get warm. There are only 2 electrical sockets (none on one side of the bed, none in the bathroom). There is no coffee machine. There is no hair dryer.Breakfast is very, very basic.
