Pleasant
Liked: Breakfast was good with sufficient choices. Room was comfortable and location is very convenient for the Milan Conference Centre.
Disliked: Two ladies knocked on my door in the afternoon and entered the room but left after they realised that I was in the room. I opened the door to talk to them and they said they were "checking the room". Later on when they were downstairs at the reception, they said they had checked the wrong room!Rooms do not have "a chain" on the door that we can secure when we are in the room.

A great hotel for a...
Liked: Great location, close to 2 different metro lines. Delicious breakfasts, large selection of sweet and savoury items. We even got umbrellas on a rainy day.

Passable
Liked: The hotel is generally clean and simple. The location is quiet and peaceful, there are no restaurants or entertainment spots nearby, but there's a small mall called City Life about a 10-minute walk away.It takes around 25 minutes by metro to reach the city center, or about a 35-minute walk to Chinatown. If someone is looking for a calm area, but still wants to be within 30 minutes of all the main attractions, this location is suitable. The hotel offers organized parking for €15 per day.The staff is friendly. That is about all the positive things I can say about the hotel.
Disliked: Unfortunately, everything that shouldn’t be in a hotel was present in this one.The room was very small, which would be acceptable for one or two people, but the window was tiny and faced the hotel’s inner courtyard, with no view at all.The window barely opened, making it hard to get any fresh air in. And if you somehow managed to open it a little, closing it turned into a real hassle. As a result, the room was extremely stuffy, dark, and lacking ventilation, I found it very difficult to stay there. The air conditioning also did not work properly. To be honest, this was one of the worst hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in.I usually leave positive reviews, because there’s always something good to highlight, but this is the first time I’ve rated a hotel so low.Breakfast was average and fine, but I kindly ask the staff to pay attention to the hot water machine. It is really bad not only is the water not hot enough, but it has a strong coffee taste, which makes it unpleasant when preparing tea.Housekeeping was okay, but unfortunately, they didn’t replace the towels even though I left them out clearly to be changed. That’s unusual in my experience.I hope the staff takes this feedback in a constructive way, so future guests will have a better stay.

Liked: Location : only 6 stops away from Duomo Cathedral through M1 metro line. Room is not too spacious but comfortable for traveling solo.
Disliked: None.
