Disliked: Late night music from the bar next door.

Price - performance does not...

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: The sanitary facilities (shower, toilet) were not very clean. There were woollen mice on the floor and under the bed. There was hair on the bed sheets.

Pleasant hotel with an easy...

Liked: It is easy to walk into the centre of Reims from here through the park. The shower was really good and it was newly refurbished so the decor was fresh and the bed was comfortable. There was parking available in a nearby carpark that was free.
Disliked: There had been some confusion with our booking and reception didn't know we were coming. When they checked, they found our reservation so it wasn't a problem. They were a bit embarrassed but the room they gave us was nice and, being March, I wasn't worried about there not being a spare room.

Liked: we arrived very late but got a code for our key trough booking which was nice. we only stayed one night and left early the next morning. so we didn't have much contact to anybody but the room was clean and everything worked perfectly.
