Beautiful hidden gem in the...

Liked: Loved the gardens, just beautiful little gem in the city
Disliked: Nothing really just maybe it would have been better to place us on the ground floor as traveling with a young child and baby, was quite a challenge getting up the stairs with the children and bags etc

We were meant to stay...

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful and did their best to show us other room options.
Disliked: Room (plus the other two offered as alternatives) were absolutely nothing like any of the images. Our room was so noisy neither of us slept a wink.

Superb

Liked: Great breakfast, both food offerings and garden atmosphere. Extremely helpful staff.
Disliked: Noise level - very little sound proofing. Noisy air conditioner.

Very pleasant stay!

Liked: Everything from the staff to the room and the food is excellent. The hotel location is excellent, close to the center, very quiet since the rooms are on the courtyard side. Beautiful garden for breakfast with lots of greenery.
Disliked: Parking can be difficult as the hotel is in the center and not easy to find. Although the hotel offers a garage (not-so-cheap), but standard price per day for Italy.
