The hotel was just fine...

Liked: Lovely staff — everyone was super nice and helpful, especially Rocio, who was always quick and kind in assisting.
Disliked: The location was a concern. Several people warned me that the surrounding neighborhoods aren’t safe, and advised against walking around the hotel — recommending taxis instead. I also didn’t feel comfortable leaving the car on the street, so I ended up paying for garage parking. If you're planning to explore the city on foot, this might not be the best area. But if you’re relying on a car or using Uber, it works just fine.
