Liked: The location was great and very convenient for our stay as a base.
Disliked: We booked and paid for a garden view room, expecting exactly that—an actual view of the garden. Instead, we were given a corner room with just a small window that barely looked out toward the garden, and only if you leaned a certain way. It felt very misleading, especially considering the price we paid and the way the room was marketed. On top of that, several things in the room were either broken or not working when we arrived. While someone did come by to help with one of the issues, the rest were never resolved even after they visited the room. For a hotel that charges premium rates—and especially for what was supposed to be one of their nicer rooms—our experience just didn’t live up to expectations.

Liked: The lovely courtyard and roof top terrace provided some areas of tranquility away from the hustle & bustle of Rome.
Disliked: No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
