Large room with great view

Liked: Great view of the river and castle, spacious room and bathroom, very good breakfast.
Disliked: Some things needs a bit of refurbishment.

Liked: I like everything about this hotel. Superb location, super close to old town. Parking place is fortunately available when we arrive. Our room has an amazing view to river and castle. Breakfast is also delicious. Staffs are friendly. Will definitely recommend to others and will come back again next time I visit Krakow

Liked: Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Very helpful staff. Good location for river walks and castle views. Bus to the salt mines (no. 304)stops very close though they don’t advertise this.
Disliked: Small refrigerator in the room would have been really good but able to get milk from breakfast room (we asked and were given this option).

Liked: The room is large, spacious, and the bathroom is also large.The view of the Wawel Castle is exceptional, both day and night.Everything in the room is clean and tidy.The breakfast is very diverse and tasty.

An uncomfortable hotel with a...

Liked: The view since my room , superior double, had a direct view of the Wavel castle and the river. I also appreciated the quietness of the room.
Disliked: The curtains of the room were very thin and transparent, hence since very early in the morning, before 5 a.m there was daylight and before 6 a.m bright sunshine resulting to my awakening.The bed was absolutely uncomfortable since it had a very thin mattress which was not stable. Moreover the sheets of a very poor quality were too small for the bed.
