Alright?

Liked: The room was spacious and well-organised, and the beds were very comfortable despite the lack of blankets. There was a little fridge that worked perfectly (and not a pre-filled minibar, which is a plus). The hotel is close to public transit options: both the M1 subway and a main bus line #18 that takes you to attractions and central locations are a short walk nearby. The air conditioning (when working) was powerful and kept the room cool. The coffee options tasted incredible.
Disliked: During our one-week stay, there were two major power cuts (that we observed) in the worst heat imaginable, which killed basically all equipment, unfortunately also including the A/C (and the elevators). Equipment failure in itself isn't a problem, but the night-guard had no idea what was going wrong and who to call for help. Perhaps the A/C was a bit too powerful or not cleaned often, because two of our family members got a slight sickness. The other major problem we had was the breakfast. We always had to ask for them to bring bread and prosciutto out, as there were none on the buffet table. (We had families of 3 and larger attending – what is a single loaf of bread to these sizes?) And there was, I think, a bit disappointing lack of variety. 2 hams, 2 cheeses, a little bit of bread. Lots of cakes, yes, but eating cakes for breakfast is insane. You made a "sandwich" of bread and ham… The food was of good quality, but everything was dense and dry food (including thick yoghurts). Just something as simple as offering a bowl of tomatoes or gherkins would've added some moisture to the dish and livened up the whole experience.

Liked: Good location, the hotel is located near to the Dante metro station. We chose the classic double room which did not include a kettle in the room. Thought that this was a standard around the world so we had to pay extra. The hotel was very clean , the bedding was immaculate and the mattress very comfortable The bathroom perhaps needs updating, towels changed daily.. Breakfast was tasty with a lot of choices for sweet tooth guests.
Disliked: The kettle in the room is not standard.
