Liked: Friendly receptionst, quiet place, just the right distance from the Hauptbahnhof. Everything is in reach by Lime scooters or even walking. airconditioning was working perfectly.
Disliked: The bathhub is just not enough for 2 people to sit comfortably, but thats not even a problem for this price.

Liked: Great location - 5 minutes to the central railway station. The stuff was really friendly too.
Disliked: Some one the amenities were clearly old.

It's not a 3 stars...

Liked: The room was bigger than expected. I booked a single room but it was much larger. I assume the others were either booked or all priced the same.
Disliked: The room in a quick look seemed clean, but the bed was fully stained, and same with the dusty carpet. Some of the towels had pubic hair on them. When I first entered the room there was a terrible sewage smell, although the window was open so it was either from the outside or inside. I turned on the AC and it was much more pleasant yet still noticed.
