A Port in a Storm...

Liked: Having to find emergency accommodation due to the prebooked establishment being misrepresented on booking.com site was indeed H&S issue (hovel unkempt/squalid building). Hotel Plaza on a modern commecial site provided the haven in a storm- reasonable basic budget "Holiday Inn" type stay. Oliver on Receception was a well spoken young man who was most helpful in welcoming us to the establishment.
Disliked: As we opted for the deluxe room - found the accomodation was small - the meagre coffee sachets (1 each) with paper/plastic cups inadequate - the basic toiletries disappointing - bathtowels were small and basic quality - the bar facilities with the 1970 vibe was okay however the major issue was with the swarm of flies and no insect repellent/insectocutor visable very unpleasant.

Liked: Clean and modern feel, comfotable rooms and beds.
Disliked: NO HOT WATER. hotel knew at checkin but did not say anything until the morning said they had been having problems for a few days. No compensation. Restaurant menu very limited.

Disliked: Toilet aystern not fill every time
